At Lumiglowhair, we understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy provides flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency.
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — however, you may still return the item under our Return Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order

A brief reason for cancellation
We will confirm via email whether your request has been approved or if the order has already shipped.
3. Cancellation Fees
✅ No cancellation fees apply if your request is submitted within 24 hours and before the order is shipped.
❌ If the item has already shipped, cancellation is not possible — however, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
4. Return Address
If your order has already been dispatched, our team will provide you with the return address via email after approval of your return request.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and non-refundable.
5. Refund Process

If the cancellation is accepted before shipment, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days via your original payment method.

If the product has already shipped, the refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, per our Return Policy.
6. Exceptions
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours, or once the order has shipped, cannot be honoured.
You may still return the product within 90 days of delivery, provided you follow the applicable return procedures.
