Lumiglowhair, a brand of the Kreativecom, LTD Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or the "Company."
And
Any individual or legal entity making a purchase of products or services from the Company, referred to as the "Buyer" or "Customer."
Preamble
The Seller specializes in the distribution of water purification products for consumers, sold via its online store https://kreativecom.com. The list and descriptions of the products and services provided by the Company can be viewed on the mentioned website.
Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the Seller.
Article 2: General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all sales conducted through the Company's website. The Seller reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The T&Cs applicable at the time of purchase will be those in effect on the date of payment.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without restriction. The Customer also declares that they have received all necessary advice and information to ensure the suitability of the offer to their needs.
Article 3: Prices
Prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout. The Seller reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
For international orders, the Buyer is responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.
Article 4: Order Process

- Entering Customer details (shipping address, billing information).
- Review and acceptance of the T&Cs.
- Payment confirmation.
- Order shipment and email confirmation.
The Customer will receive an order confirmation email, including a copy of these T&Cs.

If a product is out of stock, the Seller will inform the Customer of potential delays or alternatives.
Article 6: Retention of Ownership
All products remain the property of AquaSafe until full payment is received.
Article 7: Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes an estimated 7 to 10 business days, but may vary depending on demand and carrier logistics.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
In case of delays, the Customer can contact support@luminglowhair.com / support@kreativecom.com for assistance. If the delivery is significantly delayed, the Customer may request a cancellation and refund.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- Customers have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return is received and inspected depending on the payment processos.
Article 9: Secure Payments
All transactions on AquaSafe are encrypted and processed via Shopify payments , ensuring 100% secure payments.
Article 10: Warranty and Liability
Kreativecom offers a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all products. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover damages caused by improper use.
Article 11: Data Protection & Privacy
All personal data is handled with the highest security and confidentiality standards. AquaSafe does not sell or share Customer data with third parties. Data is securely stored on Shopify’s servers in compliance with data protection laws.

Article 12: Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the Customer is encouraged to contact our support team at support@luminglowhair.com / support@kreativecom.com. If a resolution is not reached, legal proceedings will be governed by Australian law.
